Living Tantra 

Study with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait of the Himalayan Institute, ways to awaken Prana Shakti, the accessible portion of Kundalini Shakti.   Learn to generate, collect and concentrate the pranic force; utilizing and   sharing it for your own health, peace, and happiness, as well as for the wellbeing of others.   Register through Himalayan Institute.

Star  Lake Women's Retreats. Oct 1-3rd, 2010  the annual Fall women's retreat for health and healing;  featuring a  Native American beading workshop, drumming and  ceremonies  lead by Linda Albers;  morning yoga with Anna;   healthy vegetarian meals and cooking lesson with Betty Holloway; individual Reiki sessions, relaxation by the fireplace, and best of all,  hiking the Star Lake trail during this season of color and change.
